The PussyCat Dolls Are Making A Comeback!
Yes you heard it! The Pussycat Dolls are making a comeback... Or so we think?
As reported last week after speculated rumours of The Pussycat Dolls returning in 2018, a new Instagram page was made earlier today under the name @pussycatdolls.
The bio lists a website called 'PCD Reunion', where you sign up to their newsletter for new updates. There has been speculation that both the Instagram account and website are fake, but, the group's creator Robin Antin follows the Instagram account so that pretty much confirms the page(s) are real.
Until the group's reunion has been confirmed officially we can all still enjoy the fact the group could possibly be reforming once again after their initial split in 2010. The girl group was originally formed in 1995 as a Burlesque group then later on after gaining media attention creator Robin Antin negotiated a record deal with a new line up in 2003. The group consisted of seven members, Nicole Scherzinger, Melody Thornton, Kimberly Wyatt, Kaya Jones, Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts and Jessica Sutta.
Years later the group went from seven to five losing Jones (2005) and Bachar (2008). The girl group achieved worldwide success with hit singles "Don't Cha" featuring American-Rapper Busta Rhymes, "Buttons", "Stickwitu", "When I Grow Up", "I Hate This Part" and "Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)" taken from their first and second (final) albums "PCD" (2006) and "Doll Domination" (2009). The group sold over 54 Million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling girl groups of all time.
