Cardi B debuts #1 on Billboard’s Hot 200 Album Chart
Invasion of Privacy debuts at the #1 spot this week on the Billboard Hot 200 Album Chart. Originally predicted to sell 170,000 - 200,000. The album has sold 255,000 copies in its first week becoming the second biggest week overall for 2018, after Justin Timberlake’s album Man of the Woods. The album had hit over 100M streams on Apple Music announced Friday 13th, becoming the most streamed album by a female artist in a single week. The album has also been certified Gold in the United States on the same day as the release of the album. Four singles have been released from the album so far, including the #1 hit “Bodak Yellow”, “Bardier Cardi”, “Be Careful” and the latest single “Drip”. Features from Migos, SZA, Kehlani, 21 Savage, Chance the Rapper, Bad Bunny, J Balvin and YG appear on the album.
